Defective item? Email us at (our email address )with the pictures showing the defect, we will refund your money or exchange the product, as you like! Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority
Size Exchange Condition:

• Exchange request within 3 days of delivery

• Product in original, perfect condition with intact tag

• Customer bears all delivery charges

• Refund/Exchange process takes 7-10 working days

Note: Please make sure that the item being exchanged is in new, tagged, and odorless condition. If the item is not in this condition, we will not be able to process the exchange and the item will be shipped back to you.
